Weekly Wonder: Could We Live Forever? The Science of Longevity 🧬⏳

Scientists are working on ways to slow aging and extend human life, and some breakthroughs are already happening! Senolytics (drugs that remove aging cells), gene editing, and even blood transfusions from younger donors are being studied as ways to keep our bodies youthful.

Some animals, like the immortal jellyfish, can biologically reset themselves, while Greenland sharks live over 400 years. Could humans one day follow their lead? Maybe—but for now, the best anti-aging tricks are still exercise, healthy eating, and sleep!
